Cooking classes are on hold. Karen's schedule is full serving osteopathy patients, and does not allow any additional time for cooking classes.

Ingredients used in this class: Arame and Wakame Sea Veggies may be purchased wholesale through us. Either pick up at our location, or order in advance and we will mail it to you for the additional cost of postage.

ONLINE Cooking Classes Includes:

You will receive the list of ingredients in advance (upon registration) via email, so that you can cook along at home if you wish.

You will also receive the recipes in advance in PDF format via email.

Cooking classes include demonstration of the recipes from scratch, with the option of full student participation at home, or simply watch and learn.

All Natural & Organic Ingredients

We use the highest quality plant-based ingredients.

We do not use any dairy or egg products, sugar or honey. For desserts and sweeteners we use pure maple syrup, rice syrup, and/or birch-bark-sugar.
Registration
Fees including taxes per class:

2-Hour classes: $44.00 ($38.94 + HST).

Vegan Dairy & Sushi Rolling (approx 75 minutes): $33.00 ($29.20 + HST)

For ONLINE classes, upon receipt of payment you will receive your list of ingredients, and your recipe PDF via email.

Your payment will not be processed until we have enough participants to run the class. You will be notified as soon as we are able to confirm that the class will go ahead, at which time your payment will be processed.
Space is limited. First come, first serve. Minimum of 6 participants to run any class.
